Approach

We prefer to build close, lasting partnerships with our clients. We are most effective when we meet on a regular basis to review client business processes. We then formulate ways to help them apply information technology to reduce costs, improve accuracy, increase efficiency, expand capabilities, and/or enhance customer service.

A few examples of our successes
  • Virtualized mission critical legacy systems removing them from vulnerable hardware placing them on secure, backed up hardware in a commercial data center. This not only resulted in significant cost savings to the client, but it added considerable value by allowing these systems to be easily accessible, redundant, and restorable.
  • Connected a clients legacy order entry system to automated fabrication equipment significantly reducing both employee time and employee error rates.
  • Parsed data from print-formatted electronic documents into usable, storable, searchable data.
  • Researched, recommended, and helped implement a cutting edge third party IT solution that allowed a client to expand into a significant new market.
  • Provide periodic conversions of trading partner pricing / costing data integrating it into clients order entry system.
  • Developed a web-based tool targeted at mobile devices that gives clients unprecedented access to system features that were previously only available via phone calls to customer service representatives. This provided our client with significant resource/cost savings as well as adding significant value for its customers.
  • Developed a custom interface between a clients legacy order entry system and QuickBooks resulting in significant cost savings through reduced employee time and transcription errors.
  • Developed and hosted a web-based customer relationship management (CRM) solution to track sales leads from before first contact through existing customer retention.
